We offer free shipping on all orders above PKR 3,000. For orders below this amount, a standard delivery fee of PKR 200 is applied across Pakistan.

You can exchange any unused item within 15 days of purchase at any Bata retail outlet or by sending it back to our warehouse, provided the original receipt and packaging are intact.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to see real-time updates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and popular mobile wallets like EasyPaisa and JazzCash.

Are the products covered under warranty?
Yes, Bata Pakistan offers a limited 60-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover regular wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
